Terms of Service

The Vault is a digital library of written prompts and reference material for use with third‑party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. You receive the files as downloads delivered by our payment provider, Polar. Formats included: Markdown and PDF.

On purchase we grant you a perpetual, non‑transferable, worldwide license to use the prompts inside your own work and your own business.

• Use any prompt with any AI tool.
• Adapt, edit, and remix prompts for your own projects.
• Share the outputs you generate as your own work product.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or publish the prompt files themselves, in whole or in part.
• Host the library on a public site, a shared drive, a training dataset, or a repo accessible to people who didn't buy it.
• Remove attribution from bundled materials.

The Vault is a digital product delivered instantly on purchase. Because you receive the files the moment payment completes, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including partial refunds. If you're unsure whether the Vault is right for you, try the free tier first.

If you believe your purchase was unauthorized, charged in error, or that the files were not delivered, email sourav.m.bt@gmail.com. We will investigate and resolve legitimate issues at our discretion.

Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), who in turn uses Stripe as the card processor. Your card details never touch our servers. Prices shown at checkout are in USD and exclusive of any taxes Polar collects on our behalf at your location.

The Vault gives you structure and language; you bring the context, the judgment, and the decisions. Because results depend on your inputs and the AI tool you run a prompt through, the output of any single prompt is best treated as a first draft that you review and edit before using in your work. We don't promise any specific business, financial, or creative outcome from any individual prompt, and no prompt library can.

The files are delivered by Polar's Downloadables system. You receive an email from Polar with a download link after payment. Keep that link private; treat it like a password. If you lose access, email sourav.m.bt@gmail.com and we'll work with Polar to restore your download at our discretion.

The prompts, structure, copy, and formatting of the Vault are owned by the author. Your license is described in Section 02. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Vault to you.

You are buying the version of the Vault that exists on the date of purchase. We may release new versions in the future. Access to those new versions is not automatic and will typically require a separate purchase, unless we explicitly state otherwise at the time of sale.

You agree not to use the Vault to produce content that is unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, infringing, or that violates the usage policy of the AI tool you run it with.

The Vault is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Vault is limited to the amount you paid for your copy. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Vault is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Vault after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
