Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 18, 2026
Short version: we don't collect, store, or process any personal data ourselves. All purchase information is handled by Polar, our payment provider. This page explains what that means for you.
We don’t run a database
The AI CEO Vault is a static site with no user accounts, no signup, no newsletter, and no forms that collect personal information. The site doesn't write a profile, email address, or order record to any server we operate.
Purchases are handled by Polar
When you buy the Vault, you're sent to a checkout page hosted by Polar. Polar collects your email, any name you enter, billing country, and handles the card payment through Stripe. Polar then delivers the product files via its Downloadables system.
What Polar collects, how long they store it, and your rights over that data are governed by Polar's privacy policy, which you can read at polar.sh/legal/privacy.
The site is hosted on Vercel
Vercel serves the pages and keeps standard server logs (IP, user agent, URL) for a short period for security and abuse prevention. We don't access these logs to identify individual visitors. See Vercel's privacy policy.
No analytics, no tracking cookies
There's no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no ad network, and no cross‑site tracking on this site. The only browser storage we use is a single local‑storage value to remember a price‑timer state on your device. It never leaves your browser.
If you email us
If you write to sourav.m.bt@gmail.com, your message and email address arrive in a standard Gmail inbox. We use it only to reply to you. We don't add you to any list.
Your rights
Because we don't hold a database of customer data, requests for access, correction, or deletion of purchase information should go to Polar at polar.sh.
For anything related to emails you've sent us, or for any complaint about privacy, reach us at sourav.m.bt@gmail.com.
Children
The Vault isn't intended for children under 16. Polar handles identity at checkout; we rely on their controls.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we'll update the “Last updated” date above.
